When you think of Middle Eastern Food, one of the first dishes that may spring to mind is hummus. It’s a staple food that goes so well as a base for the warm, spiced and earthy rustic dishes that culminate this cuisine. Making it really well comes down to using just a handful of beautiful ingredients and knowing how to put them together. Smooth, airy, creamy and bright with flavour is how yours should taste. We will cover it all in this class, even down to which chick peas to buy.
Middle Eastern food is a collective term of many nations foods including Arab, Cypriot, Persian, Israeli & Turkish. In this class we have put together a fusion of dishes that together form a modern Mid Eastern feast. It’s a great share food menu to serve to a family or group of friends.
Just as hummus is a staple, a good home-made flatbread to accompany it is a must. We will all get to make our own flatbreads and in a combination of demonstration and hand-on learning we will make the rest of the menu together. Then we will all get to sit down to enjoy a feast together.

What should I bring?
- Wear comfortable clothes and closed in shoes. Bring an apron if you have one.

Under 15’s must be accompanied by an adult and pay a full priced ticket.
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets to workshops must be purchased at least two days prior to the class date, to ensure all participants are catered for.
